Consider that reservations must be submitted the latest the day prior your visit, be aware that:

• Reservations will be handled during the following schedule: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. Your reservation will be confirmed within 48 hours after submitting your request.
• We will not guarantee your reservation in the boat if your reservation was not confirmed by email.
• Please cancel if you decide not to attend the latest by 12 noon the day previous to your reservation. For cancelations dial: (507) 212-8961 or email: BCIAdmin@si.edu
